THE WAVE WAY

Coach Lea Santiago

Head Coach | Gulf Coast Wave

Gulf Coast Wave is built on discipline, accountability, communication, and confidence. We believe in developing complete athletes through competitive softball while teaching leadership, resilience, and teamwork. Our goal is to prepare players for success on the field, in the classroom, and in life.

We challenge our athletes to compete with intensity, support their teammates, and represent the Wave with pride wherever they go.
